I have served as an inpatient therapist. In this setting I have worked with adolescents and adults including several areas such as: group work, depression, anxiety, bi polar, schizophrenia, life transitions, employment, anger management, coping skills, family dynamics and roles, substance abuse, relationship counseling, and interpersonal skills.
I enjoy working with couples to help understand positive communication skills to produce a more effective relationship with their partner.
In addition I have worked with adolescents in a high school setting as a guidance counselor for over 10 years. Providing a safe and fostering environment to help them to be successful individuals.
